Pumpkin Spiced Oatmeal

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup almond milk
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon (heaping) cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 
Few pinches of ground ginger


Place ingredients in microwaveable bowl, heat for about 2 minutes, stir & serve :)

300 calories
18 grams protein!
